Achieving 50% water savings! A case of increased efficiency through the elimination of manual washing tasks.

We would like to introduce a case study of the implementation of an automatic rotating nozzle for conveyor cleaning at a certain food factory. In this factory, the plates used in the filling process were cleaned manually with brushes, which involved inefficient operations of moving several plates and opening doors for cleaning. Additionally, the rinsing efficiency after foam cleaning was poor, resulting in the use of a large amount of water. By introducing a conveyor-specific rotating nozzle, the manual cleaning tasks were eliminated through high-impact automatic cleaning, significantly improving operational efficiency. Here is a case study of the introduction of conveyor cleaning nozzles to a major bread manufacturer. The mesh conveyor used for transport had dough residue adhering to it, necessitating regular cleaning. Manual cleaning was not only labor-intensive but also posed dangers due to the high pressure of 15 MPa, leading to multiple issues such as dirt scattering and secondary contamination. By introducing a dedicated rotating nozzle for conveyor cleaning, we were able to suppress the occurrence of secondary contamination and eliminate the cleaning work, thereby reducing labor costs.
